clean your mess, and proved to google that you've learned from your mistake then... apply for reconsideration. Above link.

Yeah I Know sweetie but how long does it take for them to reconsider?

I heard something about If you transfer your domain you will have a totally different I.P. address.
    Does anyone know about this?

I would think It might work kinda like getting banned from a site by I.P. but add another router and the I.P. changes!
    Walla You're Unbanned....?

    Ye or ne?

The only way would be to get another adsense account in someone else's name or at a different address.

Google useually acts quite fast for those request, but they may never get back to you even if they set things straight ;)

Just wait for a while and if you've removed what cased the BAN in the first place, your website will be just fine ;)

You can try to write them from webmasters tools or wait 1 year to get unbanned

Create a google webmaster tools account - inside of there you will see a link "submit for reconsideration".

But the thing is, you have to understand "why" google delisted your site to start with. I HIGHLY suggest that you read through the google webmaster guidelines, not once, but 2 or 3 times.

It does not do any good to submit your site for reconsideration, if the problems have not been fixed

in order to assist you in how to fix it, we must know what to fix, and the reasons why. if you just say "my account is banned help" what were you banned for?

I would guess you just have to try and get a hold of google, and try and get yourself reconsidered. let me know if you got back in.

Well I wonder, it hasn't been a year yet?? :(
But I was banned (I guess) because I made a website using a php script program through EZAffiliateWebsiteBuilder.com .

I think Google is banning everyone using Ebay scripts from that (and others such as Bans.com)!
I have heard of this, But Real help is needed from any SEO people out there!

I will reward with another Rep Pnt for good advice! :D

    Suggestions????

remove the script, put up a different theme and through google webmaster tools ask for reconsideration saying that you removed the violating template.

It depends on how big the queue is !! Queue of banned sites waiting for Google's grace:D LOL

Anyhow ,Request Google for reconsideration from webmaster tools..if you get no response from them, then try getting some links from the trusted sites..like get some links from the famous blogs/directories..etc..and wait for some time ..may be Google unban you as you got some links from authority sites:rolleyes:

if google stops the ads from your website, you will no longer be able to put ads on that website, not even with ads from a different adsense account .the ads won't work . and, from what i saw, google will never let you put ads on that website, because you had breaking the rules .it will tell you "your website is not eligible for adsense anymore"
that is for ads .for search results,it's a different story .if you clear your website, they might get you back in
