    Submitting to there alone wont help you. Your content needs to create a buzz, something thats worth discussing and giving time too. IMO content is king and good content will receive natural links with only a little promotion. Onlywire is good to get your articles indexed fast, but i prefer senuke to do the job

    I have tried Twitter, Stumbleupon and Facebook. They have yielded great traffic for me. If you have a good network on these, you are on for a good number of referrals.

    More important than than the number places you post links to your article is really work on creating an article that has great content and provides value to the reader. This along with good keyword useage you can increase your traffic.

    onlywire is a good one, and free. Another free service is tumblr.com where you can make posts and promote your links. Both these services are ok for link building but they dont bring much traffic to the table.

    I have used all of them but my favourite is Digg.It gets me huge amounts of traffic!!!
