Ways to get top rank in Google....

To be very clear no one can guarantee you a top page rank in Google.

However, you can follow the following algorithms to get a high ranking in Google:

Just increase the quality and number of text links to your Webpage. Focus on getting as much quality websites as possible to link on your homepage. However, do not distribute the links to various pages. This will optimize the PageRank of both main page and subpages.

I don't really agree with what you've written. PR alone is not the sole criteria that determines search engine ranking.

Well i guess i never said the above as the only criterion ...

What i was trying to figure out was some of the major algorithms of SEO..

Just to increase PR would never help you in rank higher ranking in google..

As we all know that there are SEO 101 tips-google search engine optimization....

Increasing PR is one of the fact which might effect SEO Ranking...

I agree with you, but check some site which have >pr5 are in the top position of SERP. That's why all are running after PR
