Get the pageRank for a site and a value of his link.

I remember a tool which was showing me the pagerank for a site (ex: 9 for dmoz) and the value of each link (was kinda 0.085PR for each link)

looking for that since this morning but cant find it out.

Well, yes, the urltrends are fine.
Just be sure to use it with the PAGE you want your link to be placed on (not the homepage of the SITE).

E.g. http://www.urltrends.com/viewtrend.php?url=http://www.dmoz.org/home/family/grandparents you see that also DMOZ can give you just 0PR...
