There are millions of groups that gather on Myspace to talk about their favorite subject: knitting, Obama, tennis, food.....you name it, they got it. The key is to find these niche groups and give them not only useful info, but let them know about your site. This is an excellent technique because it drives loyal and regular users to your blog. 1.set up your account with myspace 2.Add your info. No offensive pictures. Include a link to your site 3.Do not add a product page. This is too spammy and home spun looking. 4.Start adding relevant friends. Be somebody that they like. Do not add more than 100 friends a day (or, this can get you banned). 5.Post on a regular basis. This gets more exposure and interest. 6.Watch your traffic roll in.
Really? What year is this? I can appreciate your zeal, but My Space has been reduced to teenagers, and entertainment. even the hookers stopped hanging out there. That's great if that is your demographic. Actually My space is still good for music niches. There are not a lot of Politics or Knitting groups anymore. However, this is standard S.O.P for most Social Networks, not exactly ground breaking info in 2010. Where did you come upon this revelation? Have you had actual success with My Space groups in the last 3 years with anything other than Entertainment?
