Get smart priced because I'm testing my ads?

Yesterday I was making some new sites. because I'm using Dreamweaver, I kept preshing f12 to test my site, therefore the impression of the adsense increases tremendously. Today, I was shocked that my CPC for all clicks drop to less than 3c. Is this because I kept refreshing the page, causing faulty adsense? I know that adsense do not like traffic from my country.

    Thanks

I don't think that has any effect at all. The CPC depends on what ads the users are clicking on

and honestly, I do refresh quite often whenever I publish a new post or changing my blog design. Google is ok with this (I read it somewhere)

hmm... but it is very weird that all my CPC drops so much. The CPC should be around 15c and it has remained very stable for few weeks.

It depends on the ads running onyour site. Might be new advertiser who is smart pricing your sites

Could be that the top paying advertisers have dropped out or lowered their budgets temporarily, or permanently. Don't think it has anything to do with smart pricing.

Another possibility is that you have changed your content and Google is presenting different, lower paying, ads than before, based on the new content. Has your content changed? Keywords changed? Ad placement changed?

I also use Dreamweaver, but I never F12 with the ad code in place. It messes up the reporting by showing impressions that aren't associated with a channel. Also, as you probably test your pages many times, the impressions are false.

I create a table, with a border, the same size as the ad will be while I'm testing (so I can see where the ad will show), then simply replace the table with the ad code just before publishing the page.

adsense doesn;t smart price from one day of impression. it looks at a trent before doning that. and you should not have ad code on your site till the site is finished. if you were working on your site to test different ad placement, then that fine
