Get rid of DMOZ descriptions in Google SERPs

    Worked for me too and I've seen an increase in traffic since my on-page description is designed to attract visitors more so than the DMOZ version.

    The tag worked quite well but while now it shows my own description in the search results, I´m missing any description for my site in the Google´s directory. Any help?:confused:

    Now if Google just added the opposite "ODP" tag that would have the effect of getting you into DMOZ :)

    Two times I didn't really need to get into DMOZ, and I got in within a month. The rest of the time, I couldn't get in for a year. I think they can smell need. Or greed. Or something :)
