Here is a nice network of Bollywood sites that I might consider selling if the price is right. Will sell as one lot, or separately, depending on the offers received.

Most sites are one or two months old (although some are quite mature domains) and there is some traffic and some income, although nothing spectacular yet, as I haven't had time to promote them actively. Basically, I've done all the heavy-lifting, you can just jump in and promote them. So I base my asking prices also on the domain, time invested, design, potential, niche, content, etc.

Well you need to give an idea about the price you are looking for each site.
Your asking price of 1k is too high for those sites that has no traffic or no revenue.

 

Are you kidding? Firstly, it works out to only $167/site. Secondly, who said they have no traffic/income? (I posted stats for one previously) Yes, they are new, but that doesn't mean I have to sell them only based on traffic/income - I think the names/content is worth more than a simple X times monthly income formula. For example, "Hollyweird.com" is a premium domain (owned by Hollywood.com) for the Hollywood industry, and these days, Bollywood is as big (if not bigger) than Hollywood. So "bollyweird.com" can be as valuable.

In any event, you asked for a starting price for the network, and that's what I gave you - not an "asking price". I think these sites are worth more. If you cannot see that, you shouldn't bid. Or if you cannot afford the whole network, go for one site only - that's why I said I'm prepared to split the sites

You can easily add more (community) features such as a forum, etc. You can of course also turn off the feeds, or some of them and add your own content. The foundation to build on is provided. If you really felt like it, this site also lends itself to redevelopment as a major Bollywood community portal. It really is up to you in which direction you want to go with this great name/site.
  • Currently has 2,240 relevant posts in 13 categories. See sitemap.
  • 1,210 pages indexed in Google, 658 pages in Yahoo, etc. A few hundred backlinks.
  • This site is only two months old and has not actively been promoted. Traffic (since 2007-01-11):
    • AXS
    • Awstats (1,684 uniques in Feb)
  • This site has multiple revenue streams, but due to its young age and lack of promotion there hasn't been that much income so far (from those affiliate programs where I can track sales). Some affiliates (e.g Amazon) are impossible to track. The affiliate programs used include: Adsense, Amazon, Cafepress, Shaadi, eBay.in and Mediaplazza. This isn't an income sale and I know if you promote this site there is a good income opportunity here.
  • I'm not going to give a song and dance routine about the potential, etc. If you cannot see it, this domain/site is not for you. Sorry.
  • I'll bet that this site will be a PR4 at the next dance. I will only consider offers from $350. Anything less will not do the name and potential justice.
