    -put those keywords on Metatag.
    -make sure your content got your keywords
    -use keywords as anchor text link
    -put keywords in when submit your site to directories or search engines

    i think these methods will tell SEs what's your keywords for your site.

    Write or obtain good unique ORIGINAL content, get good quality links to your site both to your home pages and internal pages, follow some basic SEO, and if you are lucky you might do OK, but what keyword are you going after? if it's a general, generic or very highly searched keyword or phrase, ain't gonna happen my friend
