Get Ranked Quickly in Google?

AN UPDATE:

Just checked and I am now ranked 3rd on the first page of google.co.uk for the search term "free ps3 slim" after 4 days!!!

 

What is your definition of long-term? If you mean 3 months to land a good #1 KW result for your site, then ok, I can agree with that, even if though that is really pushing it. Any longer then 3 months, then it's time to seriously reconsider your SEO techniques...


But, once you get it, you got it. If you do it right for your entire sire, you should be able to launch a new page and have it listed in Google under 24 hours in the top 10-15 results un-quoted. Quoted, top 10.

And don't pay anyone to do it. SEO is so flipping logical and everyone makes it so complicated. Think of it on the simplest of terms and you will be fine.

 

Well my target was to get ranked 1st for the keywords "Free PS3 Slim", a site that only went online 4 days ago.

Have never had the time to put in the work to get a site up the rankings in google so really this was my first attempt... but after 4 days I am now ranked 3rd in google.co.uk and on the 2nd/3rd page of google.com. Did not expect to get results so quick but I have been putting in the work so am glad it's showing!

I think those results after 4 days has to be good!
