Get Paid to Search the NET (netbux)

Don't know it is true. Just saw this site while
    auto surfing with 2daily.com

The Netbux site lets you make 40 searches a day
and you can earn USD $0.02 per search that you
and your referrals make for up to 40 searches
per day, per person. So if each referral maxed
their paid searches out per day and you had
only 10 referrals, you would earn $264.00 per month.
They just launched on April 7th, 2005

    Terms for making money

There are many reasons why a search that you queried may not have been a paid search.

    - You only get for 40 searches per day.

    - You search must be unique from previous searches on that day.

    - Your searches must be 15 seconds apart (changes).

    - Your search must contain real words.

Wanna try ? Why not. Nothing to lose.

Pyramid schemes only work if you get in early.

it's a one tier pyramid scheme. I did some research on them, and it seems a bit iffy....but good luck :)

2daily is strangely similar to the one I mentioned in the post below...
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=14362

How can you stand programs like that?
If you think about it, it isn't really a financially sound model.

yup, that's right. and you CAN get to payout even with 0 referrals. it will take some time though (3months while searching max number/month), but it is possible (and you'd get 72dollars after 3rd month) :)

but even if it'd take a half year... getting paid for your searches is always nice, isn't it? :)

btw: if you think netbux is too slow (their servers really suck atm), you can sign up at pay-pup, too. if you want to use my affiliate link, go here: http://pay-pup.com/?r=32374
    otherwise, don't :)

3 Months!!! Imagine if you spent that 3 months creating sites and content. You make .80 a day unless you get a bunch of suckers to do the work for you (refferers)

well, i needed 5 months to get the adsense payout of $100...

and since i'm still student, i anyways don't have the time to
    a) build the sites and
    b) maintain them!

anyways, those paid search thingies are, of course, just a little toy. nobody said you'd get millionaire by that :D

There is a huge gap between 80c and millionare. You could easily get in there in 3 months time. This is a scam and as was said in the second post, only benefit those that get in early.

why is it scam? google for some forums relating to those sites, a lot of people already got paid.

and, yes, it benefits only those that get in early. never said something else ;)

And, well, I could not get millionare within 3months... Do you? Care to share how to? ;)

Sure, and the few hundred/thousand people at the top of the pyramid, too. (plus the ones searching with effort, as described above).

So, partly I agree with you. If you get in late and you don't have the time/effort to search 40times a day, it somehow is a scam to you. But the other way around, for many other people, it isn't.

However, I think discussing this is nonsense... ^^

In other words you wanted to post your affiliate ID but don't want to actually talk about it.

    Fine

lol, that's not true. if it was this way, i wouldn't have had this discussing, the past 5-10 posts or so.

But I think it's senseless, since you have your opinion, and I have mine. You don't change yours, I don't change mine either - so, where's the point?

If this kind of conversation is, what you need, okay... then we can go ahead. Actually I have better things to do, but I'd be that pleasant and go on with the discussion.

//edit: and I didn't try to hide it or something. I posted the clean url, including aff. id. everybody knows what happens, when clicking on it, and that's it. if somebody doesn't want to affiliate me - no prob, he/she knows what to do.

Come on! Why would you go and bump a thread that is over 1 year old?
