    i recently created a web design forum, and want to get it jumpstarted

    looking to pay users to post! the rate is 5 cents per post, payouts made every 100 posts!

    eh? i don't beleive this is against anything

    id also like to ad that for every new topic you create on my forum you get +5 cents. So thats like getting 10 cents for a post you did on a new topic you created.

    EDIT: OH i didn't read the previous post "wrong section", ok will do. what section does this belong anyway?
