    Well I have heard that we get paid to be members of Digital Point, now even Compar has a thread named "Looking for fame and fortune".

    I think Compar was talking about writing articles for his InfoPool,.

    My question is when do we get our Digital Point checks for writing here at Digital Point?

    Can someone let me know how this works? Have any of you got your Digital Point Checks Yet this month?

    Will we get banned for discussing the Digital Point Program?

    Are we allowed to talk about how much we make from the Digital Point program?

    I need input from other members please. :mad:

    Do a little searching on the forum and you'll find all the answers. But in brief if you give Shawn your AdSense account he will set you up to share some of the income from the AdSense ads on the forum.

    Don't get me started on you SB, we get all kinds of play on different types of ads, look at all the CT ads, even the Zoo ads, how about the Superman and comic ads?

    But the check doesn't come from Shawn, it comes from Google. So I'm sure you would never prostitute yourself and accept a check from these data mining evildoers. :D :D :D

    Actually, you do it yourself... under Edit Options in the user control panel. I don't (personally) have to setup anything (thankfully).

    As far as taking money from Google, they have taken mine when I was an ADWORDS customer, but I dropped their program when I found out they were stuffing the SERP's with ADSENSE redirection listings (ZEEZO) in my keywords, the rest is history now, is it not? :eek: :eek:

    Well that's what I meant. He still gives it to you in a general sense, he just uses a form, or script, to do it with, and you have your end of the process automated.

    Anthony, in a word fuck'em. They can't tell me what I can talk about. If I want to share every secret of my business and my profits with you or anyone else there is no law that says I can't. Google is still not God or the government.

    I'll bet that if that provision was challenged in a court of law it would stand up for one minute. It is in violation of freedom of speech.

    However the point is moot. When we discuss how much we make via the forum we are not talking about AdSense in general, or any of the "forbidden" metrics. In fact if you did the research that I suggested at the start of this thread you would find that several of us have discussed what we earn via this forum. In my case it is very very little.

    If my tracking is accurate it was 60 cents in all of June and zero this month to date. There are you happy now?
