Umm let me see, you get the site to the desired position, you show the client, they are amazed. Then as you say on your website you keep it there for a few days, and if client wants to continue to have it there they pay. So basically what you do is get the site at #1 by using the most blackhat methods available to you, the site is then removed by google and banned, you inform the client you have taken it down now and they must pay up for it to continue. So not only do you Scam the person out of there money, but you also get the poor guys website banned.
