Get my PageRank back part 1

One of my domains got blocked by Google for writing for Pay Per Post. I have now deleted the domain from all Pay to blog network and I will try to get back the domain to its former PageRank that should be at least PR3. The blog has over 1200 post and there is also a classifieds and business directory on the domain.
I have to wait 30 days at least, I do not breech any contract with the “get paid to blog” companies but after that I will put a no follow link on the post or just delete them.

After that I will start writing to Google and ask them to give my PageRank back.

If you want to follow my quest for PageRank you can subscribe to my RSS I will be updating the topic once a week at least.

If you have any tips or ideas please let me know

The PR0 Pagerank penalty is most likely a "time" based penalty. This is probably undetermined amount of time your site will retain this penalty. Now, if your site is still listing in search results and isn't being de-indexed in theory your fine. Just wait about 6 months if that's the case and then submit a re-inclusion request via Google Webmasters Central mention how for the past 6 months your site has followed the webmaster guidelines.

It would take you a long time to do so. It would be better if you wil be starting another and don't go for paypaerpost this time.
