Ive been trying to find the best advert layout, and with my account at Adbrite I found a nice little design that suits very well:

For some reason just changing and adding that tad of DHTML made a 35% increase in CTR today.

Very cool... just curious why do you use the adult version of adbrite? I have found there ads to pay far less then normal adbrite.

Indeed, well.. not indeed as it blends with the site its on, my main point is the fact that just a tiny edit of the ad look has increased 30% ctr

Well, what exactly was the 'tiny' edit? Was it (it must be) in the css code attached to the javascript that they give?
Moreover, I see that there are only ads on this page. DO you use this page to isert this on another page?

That's weird. Just a page with the ad-block on it....?
