Yes, sometimes this is possible. What country is the card from? I know of Visa electron cards which have their own IBAN and SWIFT code, there it is possible because the card works as a "bank account" to (can recieve wires through IBAN, but can´t send).

You can simply get a VMI card from me, then you can 100% withdraw your PayPal funds to it and cash the money at almost any ATM. This solution only works for non-US PayPal accs.


About netspend: you can´t get them outside the US.

I have a visa electron card issued in the UK and mine works fine.

Just checked and it seems Ukraine have the full paypal facilities, so I don't see there being a problem, but I'd email someone at paypal to make sure.

That's the name of it "Visa Electron"

Check with your bank to see if they issue them. Remember Visa Electron are not like the Visa gift cards you can buy, these are proper debit cards issued by the banks.

 

Just to clarify you, VISA Electron is not a credit card. Its debit card. If you want to receive a EFT make sure you have a true bank account linked to your debit card.

If you are talking about credit card......As per the regulations issued by credit card companies like VISA, MasterCard, Amex etc.... You cannot add money into your credit card. You can only spend it.

 

nono, you don´t understand my question: for example the epassporte visa is a visa electron, like the ikobo visa is. i mean the issuer: scandicard sells them and there are many other sellers out there. electron is only like credit and debit (the way you can use it)

BEWARE of Paycards: ripped me of 250$ for different cards. For PayPal withdrawl you can easily take VMI card. Works for almost any country. And it´s much cheaper then the cards Paycards "sells".
