Get likes of the instagram ads post through Facebook API

I would like to get people ID, who liked my instagram ad post. I tried to do it through the token, but I only could get comments, not likes.

I can get only the amount of likes, but not the people, who liked.
If I use instagram api, I can get people, who liked not Ads post, but i can't get people, who liked ads post in instagram.

Could you please tell me, what I'm doing wrong?
