Hey jeoru,

AFAIK, submitting URL's to google will just increase the delay in your site getting indexed. Don't tell Google to crawl your page, let it do itself. Other than that your article is really good.

 

Yeah, some people experienced that too. But in my case, Google indexed 2 of my sites faster when I submitted to Google.

Is anyone doing the last tip? I tried it on my friend's humor site just before posting the article and it worked wonders. People who have cool pics, it's a must-try method if you're still not doing it.

Gotta try the picture thingy,, but do you think its effective for sites which are not related to the picture at all??

 

I think so, but the people will link to the image, not on the site since the site doesn't contain related stuff.

Yep, that's right. But getting indexed by Google in a short period of time can not be done if you do not take necessary actions.
