Misleading and a waste of money. In fact, if you scroll to the bottom of the sales page and read the teeny tiny print in pale pale grey, it still says "the system it involves neither has anything to do with any “AdWords™ and/or AdSense™ credits or vouchers,†nor the direct provision by Google to the customer any direct free advertising at anytime; nor any free pay-per-click or otherwise paid-for advertising directly"
Its simply offsetting your adwords expenses by placing banner advertising on your landing pages. Its pointless and not worth a penny of advice

actually, the book had a valid point to make, but was caught in really bad publicity/controversial due to its misleading name. However, i in no way mean to prescribe that the book is worth its price. Dont waste ur money on it is what i'll say.. P.S. Try searching for 'Get Google Ads Free' on Torrentz.com
I may start a GetGoogleAdsFreeFree website giving away the ebook for free. I bet he wouldn't like that!
