Get good email lists - targeted one?

    Hi,

    I would like to know if there is any place to get good email lists. Not to spam but to promote a service in a certain geographic area. ie. New York or the Tri-state area only?

    Are you looking for mortgage related only? I ask because another forum I post on encourages joint ventures between people and I've seen some of those be very, very successful. Of course making money online and other IM type stuff have larger lists.

    Well the niche is "Travel".

    If they were people in NY then I wouldn't care if it was mortgage emails I suppose. Just want either relevance or geographic location.
