    Just to let everyone know, this offer is not entirely "free."

    The OP wants a permanent link from your site in exchange for a banner.

    makes the whole deal a lot less attractive in my opinion.

    Yeah I agree with that and also if you don't want to post their link to your website they
    will charge you US$99. WTF is that? Don't make any free offer if you really cant do it.
