Here is how it works:
1. Go to the polls page http://www.webcosmo.com/Polls/Polls.aspx?countryId=1
Click on any poll you like.
2. Vote for the poll if you like
3. Click on "View Poll Results" link
4. At the end of the page you will see "Post a Comment" form. Enter your name, email, website there. Click on Submit.
Done, you got a backlink!

How do i get more backlinks/oneway links, i am told i need more of them but i do not know how to get them?

 

Posting comments on blogs, social networking, article submissions etc will help you get links.
