Get $$ for finding directories with Spain's I.P

I need around 50-100 directories which have a spanish IP (that are hosted in spain).
The directories should be free (not asking for paid or recip links) and the language can be english or spanish.
I will give 1$ for each directory you find.

I searched only for spain pages so they must be spanish IP...Some have reciprocal but do not oblige the person to put it on their webiste...

i tried a lot but found all US ones

 

The problem is that he only wants with spanish IP...There are alot spanish language directories, like argentina, uruguai and nicaragua ones but they do not have spanish IP...
