You will have to get a programmer for this, but a window pops up after they hit the back button or the X close button. But, I would suggest that you make it a short message. I don't do this. I simply ask them in my site. I have a form, right there in front of them. They don't click on a link to go to another page. It works at times. I have thought about having just a pop-up window, though.
