I use tools to find the supply and demand of keywords and manually filter the best out of those.

Let me explain you the process I follow:

1. You give me the base keyword preference or target audience details.

2. I take up the base keywords and extract thousands of matching keywords on same theme.

3. Next step is to do index analysis. Here I look for demand (actual search) for each of those keywords and the supply (number of results using that keyword) and determine the best keywords out of the lot.

Best keywords are those which higher demand but lower supply. Hence you can easily stay ahead on the competition.

 

There are sites who do lot of things automated. But the method I use is not offered by any website and if at all it is provided it would most probably be more expensive

This is a semi automatic method through which I can suggest the best possible keyword.
