Has anyone seen their links posted to the 50 directories? I'd be interested to hear how many have gotten the directory links as offered.

I sent you a PM. I am going to try this with one of my sites, http://www.aaronsdirectory.com as well. Thanks for the opportunity.

 

Absolutely every single one of them. A complete list of links is provided to all participants immediately upon listing.

And as I mentioned in a previous post, I also have a number of sites seeded throughout the directories and am closely monitoring spider visits to each site. The number of visits has increased substantially, as has the depth of the spidering. Further, the PR of a number of the index pages of the directories has also increased.

Google seems to be filling the sandbox with the listed sites. I do expect significantly increased search engine presence in the next few weeks.

To all of you that have supplied new links over the past 5 days...I will be adding the links this weekend. The "real" job has gotten in the way for the last week.

I am still showing significant increases in Search Engine spider activity for all of my sites on the directories. And it won't stop here. The directories themselves are being spidered continuously.

And, as bluefox21 said, "i got my sites indexed almost instantly. So if anyone doubts, i tell you that there can't be such a great coincidence between the time i participated here and google and msn indexing my sites".

 

Good job on all the exchanges. Are the sites going to be developed further or will they be left as is?

 

The existing sites will not be developed a whole lot more. I will be adding some dynamic text in the next week, to keep the search engines interested. But that will be the extent of it.

The sites are not the prettiest sites out there, but that wasn't the intent. I don't actually expect any traffic to come directly from the directories. (Although any traffic that does come from the directories will be a bonus). Instead, the value is in the increased Search Engine crawling and Search Engine listings of sites contained within the directories.
