All article are submitted using an existing account i have with good standing and many article published.

You will use 1 bio box with your submission will include your link with some text also you can sign the footer of your article with your author name.

I would recommend article being no less than 350 characters you cannot use images for submission these are not allowed.

 

what about length/ Whats the max length of an article I can submit?

 

You can submit an article up to 2000 characters with some of the sites but a recommended length is between 350 - 1000 characters.
