    This is a great keyword rich domain in a hot hot hot niche:

    Average monthly searches for "get an ex back" on google: 14,800
    Results for "Get an ex back": ~41,000

    Top result for quoted search is a pr 1 ezine articles submission from Jun 08. :)

    I recently started the promotional work for this url, using all hand written unique content, including 2 squidoo lens, 4 unique articles to 4 different article directories, 1 buzzle, and social bookmarking for each item. I also did a few choice dofollow blog comments in a non spammy way.

    I'll leave both my squidoo lens & articles up & pointed at you & they should wind up on the front page once indexed due to all the crap results there are. If you want to see my squidoo & buzzle urls send me a PM.

    Optional: If you want to take advantage of the site being on a unique IP I will give you free hosting for a year & 30 megs of space for you to use on the site. You just can't host anything illegal/sketchy/unethical.

    Why am I selling this? I have over 50 domains and way too much on my plate, and I don't enjoy writing on the subject this niche covers so I keep putting off writing more articles. I haven't begun to track traffic so assume no traffic / revenue.

    You can see from the page that is up what keywords I targeted in my initial efforts, and if you do more research on them, you'll see how ripe this niche is for picking. The product the page is promoting currently has a high gravity on CJ & converts well from what I'm told. One sale will nearly make your money back from buying the site, two sales and you're profitable.

    Backlinkwatch shows 8 backlinks, but more will roll in once submissions are indexed.
