    I have found this website , they estimate the value of your site , they analise traffic PR .... .
    for example thay estimated the value of my blog

    I had a finance related site that was estimated US$6000 by Smartpagerank.com when a buyer offered me US$4600 for the site.

    I asked around about the accuracy of those sites (Smartpagerank.com and other similar sites) and I was told that those sites usually estimates higher than it's worth in the market.

    So I was just happy with the offer... :D
