I don't know if this is the right place, but here it goes. For those who don't know servage.net is a webhosting company that have a great offer of webhosting solutions. you can check taht in their page. I'll tell my experience: Yesterday I decided to go with servage to host my sites and register my free domain (they give one). I started the process of registering with servage at 9.00pm (GMT 0) and I had some problems with the payment. I email them and 5 minutes latter I got a response . I started the process again and again the same problem. The payment in progress page freeze. After a few emails the staff at servage advise to use IE, and I done it. The process gone fine and at 10pm I receive their email confirming that my account was OK. I logged in and everything was OK. 1 hour (due the issues with firefox in the payment page). Without counting the time I spend with the issue in payment phase, due firefox, the process would take 10 minutes long to complete.. Today, at 9.30am I have my domain functional and accessible. At 11am I opened an ticked in their internal Ticket system just to ask a silly question, to measure the time of response, at 11:30am I had the response I also got 2500 MB of additional space becuse I use a coupon code . Until now, my first 24 hours with servage I must admit that their customer suppor it's great and have a simply, yet powerful web interface.
