get accepted by ppv company or abrite

    Can any one have experience applying PPV company and and some big media buying company such as Adbrite. Do i need to be a media buying entity in order to get accepted?

    What is the amount you have to ut into the account. Also does anyone have a list that has the best and worst companies to work with.Thanks
