    I would try to use Facebook ads and target single people between 20 and 60 years old.
    Also just because it would be interesting to see, make two campaigns, one for men, and one for women, and target them seperatly( "Find your dream girl" and "Find your dream man").

    In google is very expensive. The cost per click can be up to 15 Dolar .. sometimes higher

    Without seeing your site it's hard to suggest what may or may not work for you.

    Do you have a G+ account? If you do, create a community page on G+ with your dating site linked to it and send out an invitation to as many people as you can. Allow people to post articles about dating, singleness, marriage, etc. meanwhile promoting your own service.
