I've launched a new web designers and developers community called www.post4design.com The idea is very simple: "Join our community and write 100 posts and we'll create a custom design for you for FREE! There's no catch. We just want to make a webmasters community so we provide our services for free in order to do that." I think that I should give something for free if I want others to be receptive. And I've opted to provide my services for free in order to get people involved there. The idea is that you could write posts there and after that order a free custom design that you could sell for $40-$60. That means that you can be paid $0.4 or $0.6 for post if you sell that design.
