Get A 1402-S Form From Google

    Hello,

    I have recently received an mail included the form 1042-S from Google.
    This is for my first incoming $139.37. I haven't choose the right options to avoid the tax with-drawing at that time.

    Is the form 1402-S useful? How to use it? May I use it to apply ITIN from IRS? I am not a American citizen certainly.
