Frankly I'm upset to hear this terryd! As mentioned I have made positive experiences with the guys up to a level where we exchanged skype IDs for instant contact/support. I skyped them about this now since I - obviously - feel responsible for this as well. I'm sure yours and any other requests will be treated with more respect.
