    What you need to do is to send us your article on word doc highlighting the keywords and their target URL. Each article should have a title and the writers name.

    Make the payment to PayPal.

    Once we receive the payments. You will get the completed work with in 48 hours we will send the completed report with the article location.

    Yes, this will improve your website back links. It has an advantage where the links are coming from content. And all of them are from unique IP which has a plus for your off page promotion. You can do every month the more the article the more the benefit will be associated with the promotion. But i would say you need to push your promotions for your website article will surely help but with it you will need to have more activities.
