Is the high PR backlinks meaning the backlink os on a high PR page or the site main page has a high PR? I am interested especially if its on a PR9 page. Let me know asap.

That would be spam posts then? 30K links of spam in a couple of days would most likely get you deindexed from google. And no i'm no noob, "unnatural" amounts of backlinks gained in a short time almost always gets checked out by google so if you want your site deindexed from google, go ahead.
