His system is new and he owns the very popular site eatliver.com Basically you add a small widget to your site linking to other articles and the more traffic you send in the more you receive back. You submit your blog post daily or weekly and they go live on other peoples sites across the network. Notice the site Alexa is so high it couldn't send you visitors right away. I would suggest you try out larger more successful site like http://www.awsmer.com/meta/register I run the widget on my site and they provide me with around 1500 visits a day back. You could also try out 2leep.com they are pretty large but it takes so long to get approved and you cant submit that have "cute" girls or anything.
