Getting high traffic for free is usually a scam. The only time you get high traffic is through hard work and perseverance... and patience.

Anything is possible. You just have to roll up your sleeves and do the work yourself. It takes weeks and months of hard work, and thats if you already know what you are doing! I spend 6+ hours a day methodically building backlinks by hand. All white hat. This is what you have to do to truly succeed.
