Its multiple accounts per person or identity. As in, one person may not have more than one account. However multiple companies, bank accounts each having there own adsense is not against terms of service. For the address, imagine this, your living in an apartment block where everybody has an account, the only thing different is the number and/or names. It would be inaccurte for google to ban under the idea that you have multiple accounts. However, if you have multiple people in your house with accounts, doesn that look odd? Your dad, brother, sister, mom, cat and dog have an adsense account going to the same place is going to look wierd. Pierce
There is nothing wrong with multiple adsense accounts - I have four - each under a different company name and was done only after asking adsense. The problem is creating multiple accounts thinking that you will be able to use another account if you are banned. Once an account is banned, all those associated websites are flagged by google so putting another account on them isn't going to work. If you have a genuine need for multiple accounts (business reasons or tax purposes) go ahead (I would let google know in advance) but don't expect to get away with something - you'll likely get banned just before they send you another payment.
Even if you used the same name and different bank account it should work. First Name + Last Name is not a unique key. And If you used First-Name + Second-Name + Last-Name + Bank-Account-1 and First-Name + Last-Name + Bank-Account-2 then how would they figure it out? The only way isusing your postal address, that's perhaps I've seen threads here asking if it is possible to register with adsense using Postal Boxes... However,as other pointed your site will get banned. Unless you own multiple MFA it is pretty pointless. The best way is to register with 1 account and play fair. I quess you would need to be very unlucky to get banned (like click attack or so maybe some minor TOS violation while you're on holiday and can't fix it in due time).

Hahaha. The only legit ways to do it I could think of would be: a) to own multipe companies, each with own adsense account (option for big fishes) b) to open accounts for your brother, sister, father, uncle, grandpa, etc, ask them to open special bank accounts just for that and manage these accounts for them via Internet.
