if u will not enter pin within 4 months (after the date when adsense issue ur pin) then adsense will start showing public service ads and if within 6 months u will not recieve or enter pin ur ac will be hold till u will enter the pin. So, losing ur 100$ its better to spend 10$ and request pin via Secured delivery.
I had also faced problem to receive Adsense PIN. Then I had contacted with google and told them details. Google had given alternative options to verified address without PIN. It would better if you contact google
Just be Patient dude...I got my PIN after 3 weeks. Also check whether you entered the Home address correctly or not.
Double check your address and request again. I have 3 times request and finally the last one I got my PIN .
after you finish your three tries email support regarding the issue, they will ask you for your address proof. once you suppy the document they activate your PIN
Theres still two more requests left for PIN. If all they fails, just contact support to manually remove the holdings from your account.
Check the email that you provided adsense, its usually your gmail, You should have receive an email stating your pin has been sent out. Also be sure there isn't a hold on your account. Usually the hold is pertaining to address verification , phone number and other vitals. Check thats its not in your junk mail either. Teh pin usually takes about 2-4 weeks to come by mail.
