Geotarget before or after keyword

    Does anybody know if it is better to add the Geo Targeted area before or after the keyword ex: pizza chicago vs chicago pizza ...from my research it seems like they're about even...anybody have any experience?

    Chicage Pizza will be better for the phrase, but pizza chicage will be better over the long tail keywords.
