    Is there any way of knowing in Google Analytics report that Geography wise what are the links that visitors click on most often on the website?

    Yes It is possible.

    1. Create new profile in Google anlaytics for the same domain and from same account
    2. Filter out only those traffic which you are interested in understanding for a particular geographic region
    3. Use Site Overlay report to understand where people are clicking on your site
