I am promoting my website for the Term Web Design UK and I am doing really well apart from if you click on UK only results my page doesn't show up at all.

I am based in the UK and so is my company although the domain name is a .net and its on a german server through 1and1.

Is there anyway I can make google and others recognise that I am relevant to UK only searches as I see plenty of other .coms and .nets in the results.

Any help would be greatly appreciated I have already thought of getting some UK based hosting but don't know if that will help or if there is an easier way to do it.

Thanks to anyone that can help me :)

It's called Geo-location and Google love it. It's going to be one hell of a fight getting on 'UK only' as far as Google cares, your German!

Moving host to a UK server or getting the .co.uk domain name will instantly get you onto UK only rankings, without them your going to need a little luck and a crap load of UK links.
