GEO Targeting Tool Problem?

    Hi I have a site that if I enter the main domain name in the geo targeting tool it tells me it is physically located in the UK which it is.

    But, if I enter any other page on the site it tells me it is physically located in the US.

    Any possible explanation why this might happen?

    It's asking for the site IP, not URL.
