Geo Specific keywords

    How can find the Geo specific keywords like UK, US and Au, any tool.

    Just pad up the keywords along with your Geo targeted locations like UK,US ....

    eg: keyword+UK

    City / state names would also be good to prefix or append to your keywords. I am not sure of any tool that can give the keyword suggestions but you can find the city names / state names for a country on many websites.

    geo specific keywords are nothing but keywords appended with geographical locators, for example:
    online florists and online florists in Seattle.

    Are you talking about country/town/city phrases as people are suggesting, or keyword phrases that are used in specific countries?
