There are many cpa offers which pay for only US & Canadian traffic. If someone redirects all of the traffic using a domain name to the offer url, all the traffic other than that coming from US & canada is lost. Can someone here provide a cheap geo redirection script and tutorial on how to set it up? Is there some online service which helps do this or a domain name registrar which provides such an option? It will be good if the script can hide the referrer (Domain name from which the traffic is being redirected) Please help. Thanks..
