Hi i wanted to display different set of ads for visitors from different countries.. like displaying a cpa ad for US to visitors only from US, cpa ad for Russia to visitors only from Russia etc.. and a default ad that will be shown for visitors from other countries. i looked into openx and it was too complex for me to get going. i have written a script in php that would allow you to display content or redirect based on the visitor's country..
