i am interesting in the work, given in this column. but what is the genuanity of them to pay me the money after doing their work ?? please clear my this major doubt. as my partner did work like this for some good major website in free lancing prog. like this, he got some money but when the major money work we did then we didnt get the money
the best way is to watermark your design works and after money is sent, send your customer the real ones but i get normally paid no one seems to be cheating on here
One thing I suggest you, participate in Logo contests here and participate in contest which are sure to pay. I mean if you see a contest which says "Contest may be cancelled if I don't like..." then you should have a doubt about it. Honestly I think that contest which say they may be cancelled are most of the time cancelled. Also 1 thing I suggest think like thrice before doing a PSD design for a site, because I have participated in 3 contest here with $100+ giveaway and all cancelled. I think it's a waste of time for designers especially with the price they give, which is nothing much for a PSD design. Also watermark is nothing these days. You ca ask $100 from a client, make the PSD and work you a** off and eventually the client disappears. Sometimes later, when you check the site, the design is exactly the same. How? These people simply take your design and pay $10-20 to another designer to make the PSD off it. That's simple for any designer. But 1 thing for sure there are no cheaters here in the contest section except for 2% of cases where big projects are cancelled which seem weird. Otherwise, the contest forum is the most active thing on this site imo So I encouraege you to participate here
